Our electronic trap seal primers are designed to automatically maintain the water seal of floor drain traps, ensuring that they remain effective in preventing sewer gases from entering the building. These primers are available as pre-plumbed and pre-programmed electronic systems, providing a reliable and efficient solution for both new installations and retrofit projects.

• Designed and engineered at MAG’s Australian factory with an approved vacuum breaker, 24 volt solenoid valve operated by a timer, adjustable flush times, shut off valve for maintenance and a manifold system to distribute water evenly to floor drain traps

• Timer control with manual override to adjust frequency and amount of water

• Ideal for factories, industrial plants, food outlets, commercial businesses, schools, hospitals, manufacturing and any other buildings requiring floor drain trap seal protection

• Working pressure min. 100 kPa, max. 600 kPa

• Primary assembly to be mounted min. 300mm above finished floor or ceiling space

• Available in lockable cabinet (Model: 38010 Steel Cabinet with slot lock; Model: 38011 Stainless Steel Cabinet with key lock)
